All children in the 4th through 8th grade who are parishioners at St. Aloysius Church or who attend St. Aloysius School are encouraged to participate!

All practices and meets are totally voluntary, with no strict time commitments. This program is specifically designed to work with all other sports to improve each child's athletic abilities. Even if your child is playing baseball, softball, soccer, or lacrosse this spring, we still encourage them to join our program.

This is a great opportunity to make friends within our Catholic community, build sportsmanship and faith, and enhance fitness through strength and conditioning. Children can participate in any events that they enjoy to include shotput, discus, long jump, high jump, sprints, distance, or relay races.

The program is designed to teach the runners the fundamentals. All skill levels are welcome. CYO track provides a unique opportunity to compete both as an individual and as a team. The coaching staff is made up of college students and parents.

Eligibility: boys and girls, grades 4 - 8
Practices: start late-March, typically practice twice per week.
Meets: several held in April and May
Registration: usually in March
